House Rules & Order
- No pets.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors, with the exception of the conservatory.
- No parties or events.
- No further commercial use, such as prostitution or the like.
- A maximum of 6 people are allowed to stay overnight in the house. Camping on the grounds is prohibited. Violators will be reported to the booking platform and a fee of 300 euros per additional person/night will be charged.
- The entrance area is under video surveillance for security reasons.
- The entrance gate must be kept closed at all times.
- The entrance doors must be locked.
- No street shoes allowed indoors.
- Heating the wood stove in the kitchen and the tiled stove in the living room is prohibited.
- Charging electric cars using household electricity is prohibited.
- Damage to property will be charged to the guest or deducted from the security deposit.
- Theft will be reported to the police.
- Setting off fireworks on the premises is prohibited.
- A tourist tax of 1.50 euros per person per night is collected directly in cash by the landlord.
- Identity card or passport may be required.
Safety instructions
- Parents are responsible for their children (Due to the swimming pond and balcony, the house is unsuitable for small children).
- The landlord accepts no liability for accidents or thefts.
- Open fires (grills, fire pits) in the garden must not be left unattended.
- The swimming pond can be used from May to September.
- The swimming pond, with a maximum depth of approximately 2.30 m, is not suitable for non-swimmers! The pond liner poses a significant slipping hazard.
- The sauna can be used from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Please switch the sauna off after leaving.
- From April to November, the lawn is mowed by a robotic lawnmower. Please be careful of any objects lying on the lawn. The landlord is not liable for any damage.
- Snow removal will not take place on the access road to the house during your rental period.
